Return Policy for PedalZen Studio Products
Effective for orders placed through pholnaxxxapath.ddd.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a studio product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. PedalZen honours those rights alongside the voluntary return windows described below.
Eligible studio gear
Physical PedalZen products such as the Zen Cadence Field Journal, Aurora Rail Tune-Up Box, and related accessories may be returned when they remain in original or lightly inspected condition with packaging intact. Items showing heavy wear, missing components, or damage from misuse do not qualify for change-of-mind returns yet may still qualify under consumer guarantees.
Change of mind window
You may return eligible physical studio gear within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price in Australian dollars, excluding original outbound shipping unless PedalZen duplicated an error. Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless PedalZen authorises a prepaid label due to a documented issue.
Digital audio capsules
Breathwave Audio Capsule purchases are digital. PedalZen does not offer refunds once download links have been delivered, except where required by law or where files are demonstrably defective and cannot be replaced within a reasonable time.
How to start a return
Contact PedalZen through the Contact page or email below with your order reference, product name, and reason for return. PedalZen will issue a return authorisation number and instructions for packaging. Returns without authorisation may experience slower processing.
Condition and restocking
Returned journals must be free from writing beyond test pages unless PedalZen shipped a defective item. Tune-up kits must include sealed liquids and unused cloths. PedalZen inspects each return and may apply a restocking fee if products arrive in poorer condition than described.
Refunds and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days after PedalZen receives and inspects the goods. Banking institutions may add additional clearing time. If the original card expired, PedalZen will coordinate an alternative that complies with anti-fraud rules.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on inventory. PedalZen may offer a replacement product, store credit in Australian dollars, or a refund if the requested variant is unavailable.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product, then contact PedalZen within five business days. PedalZen will work with carriers and may ship replacements without requiring a standard return when evidence supports the claim.
Warranty coordination
Manufacturing defects are handled under PedalZen product warranties described at purchase. Keep proof of purchase and serial references to speed up review.
